Livestrong!

Lance Armstrong is a neat guy. I read his biography, and he didn’t really screw Sheryl Crow over. I never liked her too much, but they were on the rocks before she got cancer.

Getting cancer in your balls would suck, though, that’s for sure. But he beat it, and God bless him.

I found a new app on the iphone, “Livestrong”. Turns out it’s convenient for counting calories.

So now I count calories. I’m down 8 lbs in 2 weeks, along with 14+ cups of water a day.

This along with tracking various vitals in my life makes me feel more in charge. They say “You get what you measure” and as long as I control all the variables, it would seem to be so.
