I especially like how the grapic on the right looks.

What this tells us is not surprising.  People are moving mostly towards the south, and getting the heck out of the north east.  The midwest is neautral with a large part moving west and south.

Young adults and weathy folks move more than other folks.

Neato data and neat presentation.

Two fascinating graphs, although not as aesthetic as the first.   Surprising that we see the steady decrease in mobility, especially consider travel costs are far lower than they were.  However, considering the erosion of the dollar and loss of the promise of the baby-boom generation, maybe we stay put.  But why the large jump in 1984 or so.

On the right, we see that once folks hit 20, they high tail it out of there, but by 35 they tend to have roots.
